So many people rely upon having to find food during the day, this usually results in 2 things, 1. they eat infrequently causing the metabolism to slow and 2. the eat what is convenient, usually junk food as its quick and very easy to find

The answer is get a little more disciplined and pack a lunch that you can eat throughout the day, you can then choose better food and better times to eat, try this for a week and you’ll notice a big difference with your levels of energy and mental alertness and over a period of weeks weight will drop off!
