Each tech discuss Problem / possible solution / dynamic technique
Slow technique from all angles & sides
Warm up stretch
Tech 1
Working on the ”in fight” uppercut elbow knee 3×10 reps each (after slow practice)

Tech 2
Side kick, front kick, knee – working and a pre emptive attack from a long distance 3x 10 reps each (after slow practice)
Tech 3
Straight stab with a stick type object 4x 5 attacks each (after slow practice)
Finish with 2 rounds of sparring
stretch and cooldown
