Warm up, 2 rounds of 2 min sparring, then stretch
Tech 1
Defending high roundhouse, 3×12 reps each
Defending low roundhouse, 3×12 reps each, defending with shin, inside and outside, then counter
low roundhouse (video coming soon)
Tech 2
Defending gun from side high & low
Kick practice
Switch front kick 2×12 reps
cooldown and stretch
